摘要
"迎随"是《内经》中的重要内容,也是针灸学的重要基本概念。对这一问题的含混不清,不利于对《内经》经文的解读,更容易引起针灸临床的混乱。文章基于《内经》理论对这一问题进一步探索。全面考察"迎随"和"补泻"的全过程后认为,"迎随"可以看作是用"补泻"的整个过程的初始动作来对此全过程的概括,具有比"补泻"更全面的内涵。而"补泻"的用词却容易让人联想到具体的补泻方式上,由于《内经》用词的凝练,二者虽然在广义上是差不多的(都可以作为补泻全过程的概括),但狭义(初始含义)的不同却导致了二者在作为概括用词时的不同"气质"。因此将"迎随"简单等同于"补泻"也是不恰当的。
Yingsui（directing along the running course of meridian or against the running course of meridian）is the important content in Neijing（Yellow Emperor＇Internal Classic）and is also the important con-cept in acupuncture and moxibustion science. The lacK of the clarity on it may not benefit the understanding of Neijing（Yellow Emperor＇Internal Classic）and may induce the chaos in clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion. In the paper,based on the theory of Neijing（Yellow Emperor＇Internal Classic）,the discus-sion on this issue was given. After the complete investigation of yingsui and buxie（reinforcing or reducing）,it could be believed that yingsui was the initial movement of the entire procedure of buxie and had the more complete connation. The words,bu and xie were easily understood as the concrete reinforcing or reducing methods. Since the very simple words used in Neijing（Yellow Emperor＇Internal Classic）,yingsui and buxie were similar in the broad meaning,but they were different in terms of the narrow meaning,which leads to the different understandings on the concepts. Hence,it is not appropriate to simply understand yingsui as buxie.
