摘要
首先透过文献资料整理分析,阐明"迎随"在《黄帝内经》里的真意,举出后世医家著作的引文加以佐证,以充实完善《黄帝内经》针刺调气理论;从针向迎随补泻法的定义、来源等谈起,指出其与《内经》中"迎随"的本意不符,也不能纯粹将其看做是针刺调气补泻手法,而是利用其优点,为针刺调气理论和临床提供帮助。
First of all, analyze the literature of Huangdi＇s Internal Classic, and clarify the real mean of meeting and following, then give examples from the acupuncturists works later and prove it, and enrich and perfect the theory aboat acupuncture for qi regulating in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic; discussing its definition and source of the method that puncturing along or against the direction of meridians for acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation, point out the difference fi＇om the real mean of meeting and following in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic, it can not be seemed as the way of acupuncture reinforcing-reducing manipulation for qi regulating purely.but make use of its advantage to give the theory and clinic of acupuncture for qi regulating a hand.
