摘要
目的观察荆黄熏洗液促进低位肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将60例住院低位肛瘘术后患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用荆黄熏洗液熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组30例采用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗。结果治疗组在促进创面愈合方面明显优于对照组。结论荆黄熏洗液促进肛瘘术后创面愈合临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on wound healing after low anal fistula surgery promoted with jinghuang fumigation lotion. Methods Sixty inpatients after low anal fistula surgery were randomized into two groups. In a treatment group（30 cases）, the hip bath therapy with jinghuang fumigation lotion was adopted. In a control group （30 cases）, the hip bath therapy with potassium permanganate solution at 1 ： 5000 was applied. Results The result of promoting wound heating in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion Jinghuang fumigation lotion acts on the definite efficacy of wound healing promotion after anal fistula surgery.
