摘要
目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊辅助治疗后循环短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的疗效。方法将频发的后循环TIA患者80例,按入院先后随机分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组口服银丹心脑通软胶囊合用氯吡格雷片,对照组口服氯吡格雷片。观察加用银丹心脑通软胶囊后的临床疗效、血液流变学及颅内多普勒彩超指标。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,同时治疗前后治疗组颅内血流速度及血液流变学指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组治疗后与对照组比较颅内血流速度及血液流变学指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊联合氯吡格雷治疗后循环TIA疗效明显,可在临床推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of yindan xinnaotong capsules on the frequent posterior circulatory transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods Eighty patients of frequent posterior circulatory TIA were randomized into a control group and a treatment group according to the hospital admission sequence. In the treatment group, yindan xinnaotong capsules and clopidogrel tablets were prescribed for oral administration. In the control group, clopidogrel tablets were prescribed for oral administration. The clinical efficacy and indexes of hemorheology and cranial Doppler color ultrasound were observed after the supplementation of yindan xinnaotong capsules. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group. The cranial blood flow and hemorheological indexes were different significantly before and after treatment in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. In the treatment, the cranial blood flow and hemorheologieal indexes after treatment were different significantly as compared with those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined medication of yindan xinnaotong capsules and clopidogrel tablets achieves the obvious efficacy on posterior circulatory TIA and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
