摘要
高校师德建设情况决定了高校教师队伍的整体素质水平,关系着人才培养的优劣,关乎高等教育的实效。本文在分析高校教师师德失范现状的基础上,探索科学、理性的高校师德规范体系的建构策略:保护高校教师的正当经济利益,提高其集体形象意识及加强其自我责任感的培养等。
The construction of teachers＇ morality in colleges and universities is the key of the quality of teachers,is related with the quality of personnel training and the actual effect about higher education.Combined with the current situation of college teachers＇ morality anomie,this paper makes an analysis about the reasons,gives a rational evaluation,and offers some construction suggestions about scientific and rational teacher＇s morality standard system construction
