摘要
本文分析了航天热控产品泡沫石墨材料特点,针对泡沫石墨干式加工要求,通过对铣削加工、金刚石线锯加工、激光加工和电火花线切割加工方法进行研究,得出采用电火花线切割作为干式加工泡沫石墨的方法,并通过产品验证,证明电火花线切割用于干式加工泡沫石墨,表面状态完好,无微孔堵塞。
In this paper,the material characteristics of graphite foam was analyzed,and dry machining methods were researched by milling,diamond wire saw and Wire-cut edm. By contrast,wire-cut edm is a valid dry machining method for graphite foam,in the examination of product,the graphite foam has good surface quality and high micro porous percentage is achieved.
