摘要
【目的】阐明海岛棉枯萎病病情指数对产量性状的影响,为选育抗枯萎病高产海岛棉品种提供依据。【方法】采用加性-显性模型,对7个海岛棉品种(系)及其F1代17个组合病情指数和4个产量性状的资料,利用估算条件方差分量和预测条件遗传效应值的统计方法,分析苗期和花铃期枯萎病病指对4个产量性状的遗传影响。【结果】苗期病指对铃重有极显著的加性贡献(CRA=5%);花铃期病指对单株铃数有显著的加性贡献(CRA=100%);苗期病指和花铃期病指对铃数、铃重和皮棉产量均有极显著的显性贡献(贡献率为36%~53%)。病情指数对产量性状的加性效应贡献因亲本而不同;亲本V3、V4、V5单株铃数的加性效应达到了10%的显著水平,但两个时期病指对7个亲本单株铃数的加性贡献均为0.00,说明病指对单株铃数无显著影响;两期病指对亲本V2、V4、V6、V7的铃重具有正向极显著的加性贡献,对亲本V1、V3、V5的铃重具有负向极显著的加性贡献。两个时期的病指对多数组合的单株铃数、铃重、单株皮棉产量有正向极显著的显性贡献。【结论】海岛棉苗期和花铃期枯萎病病指对3个产量性状各遗传组分的贡献率大小存在较大差异,并且不同组合及其亲本两个时期的病指对产量性状不同遗传组分贡献的效应值因亲本和组合而异。
【Objective】An experiment was carried out in 2013 to elucidate the contribution from disease index of Fusarium wilt to 4 yield traits for indirect selection yield traits in sea island cotton.【Method】Using additive- dominance genetic model( AD model) in seven parents and their intraspecific( Gossypum hirsutum L.) 17 F1 hybrids,the contribution ratios and contribution effects were analyzed from disease index to 4 yield traits.【Result】There were highly significant additive effects contribution from disease index on boll weight( CRA = 5%) at seedling stage,significant additive effects contribution from disease index on boll number /plant( CRA = 100%) at flowering and bolling stage,and dominance contribution ratio on boll number,boll weight,lint yield( contribution ratios range 36 %- 53 %). Boll number had negative additive effects on bollnumber for parent V3,V4,V5( 0. 1 significant level),but disease index had no contribution on boll number in two stages,suggesting that disease index had no significant effect on boll number per plant. There was positive contribution additive contribution of disease index on boll weight for parent V2,V4,V6,V7 and negative additive contribution for parent V1,V3,V5. There was positive significant dominance contribution of disease index on boll number per plant,boll weight,lint yield for almost crosses at the two stages. 【Conclusion】There existed large different genetic component contribution from Fusarium wilt disease index on three yield traits at the two stages,and any individual cross and parent could have the different genetic components contributions due to wilt disease index on yield traits.
