摘要
分析了亲本组配原则下转Bt基因抗虫亲本(简称pr)、常规亲本(简称p)三种组配模式(pr×pr、pr×p、p×pr)杂交一代产量性状、农艺性状、纤维品质、抗病虫性的差异,并将具有同一抗虫亲本或常规亲本但模式不同的组合加以比较,结果表明:三种组配模式杂种一代铃重、衣分、子指、株高均具有正向优势,而果枝数、单株铃数低于对照,pr×p组配模式杂种一代平均产量最高,铃重增加明显;pr×pr平均产量较高,单株铃数最多,纤维比强度稍好,而麦克隆值偏高;p×pr抗病性好,棉纤维略长,但比强度较差;三种组配模式抗虫性没有明显差异;组配模式相同亲本不同或有一个或两个(正反交)相同亲本但组配模式不同其杂种一代差异均较大。
Three kinds of hybridized combinations were made of insect-resisting parent(P_r),common parent(P). They were P_r×P_r, P_r×P and P×P_r. Yield,agronomic characters, fiber quality and insect resistance of the three combinations in F_1 were analyzed. The results showed: The dominance of boll weight, lintpercent, seed index and plant height were obvious. The average yield of P_r×P was highest in three hybridized combinations, and boll weight were increased. Bolls per plant of P_r×P_r were the most, the fiber intensity were stronger than that of other two combinations. The disease resistance and fiber length of P×P_r have superiority. There was considerable difference when the parents of the same hybrid were different.
