维持性血液透析患者静息心率与死亡率的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期血液透析患者静息心率对其死亡率的影响。方法纳入我院血透科自2010年至2014年的210例(男125例,女85例;平均年龄66.2岁)接受血液透析治疗的患者,分析静息心率与死亡率的关系。结果静息心率上升(>85次/min)与参试患者心源性死亡存在显著相关性[RR=2.71,95%CI(0.94,2.80),P<0.05],而对非心源死亡病例无指示意义。结论心率加快对于维持性血液透析患者的心源性死亡有显著性预测意义。 Objective To investigate a possible relation between increased resting heart rate and mortality in end-stage renal disease(ERSD)patients. Methods From 2010 to 2014,we recruited 210 cases of ESRD patients(male 125, female 85, mean age 66. 2 years) to accept hemodialysis therapy. The relations between the resting heart rate and mortality were analysised. Results Resting heart rate( 〉85 bpm)were associated with increased cardiovascular risk[RR=2. 71,95%CI(0. 94,2. 80),P〈0. 05]. But it was irrelevant with cardiac death in ERSD patients. Conclusion In ERSD patients, tachycardia have significant predition of maintenance hemodialysis patients of cardic death.
