摘要
目的探讨不同血透方式对尿毒症维持血液透析患者的影响。方法收集该院100例2016年6月—2018年6月收治的尿毒症维持血液透析患者。随机数字表分对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组予以血液透析治疗,观察组则予以血液透析联合血液灌流治疗。比较效果。结果观察组疗效48例(96.00%)高于对照组39例(78.00%)(χ~2=8.998,P<0.05);观察组症状改善时间(8.11±1.41)d优于对照组(11.42±2.25)d,(t=8.211,P<0.05);治疗后观察组CRP、IL-6、尿毒症生活质量评分(2.13±0.44)mg/L、(61.14±2.16)pg/mL、(94.19±3.35)分优于对照组(8.92±1.34)mg/L、(127.22±4.48)pg/mL、(80.21±3.01)分,(t=6.022、7.032、7.833,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应3例(6.00%)少于对照组13例(26.00%),(χ~2=6.874,P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症维持血液透析的疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of different hemodialysis methods on maintenance of hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods 100 patients with hemodialysis were enrolled in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018.The random number table was divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion.Compare the results.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 48 cases(96.00%)higher than that of the control group 39 cases(78.00%)(χ^2=8.998,P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the observation group was(8.11±1.41)d,which was better than the control group(11.42±2.25)d,(t=8.211,P<0.05);after treatment,the CRP,IL-6,uremia quality of life scores of(2.13±0.44)mg/L,(61.14±2.16)pg/mL,(94.19±3.35)points better than the control group(8.92±1.34)mg/L,(127.22±4.48)pg/mL,(80.21±3.01)points,(t=6.022,7.032,7.833)(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were 3 cases(6.00%)less than that in the control group 13 cases(26.00%)(χ^2=6.874,P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion is effective in the treatment of uremia with hemodialysis.
