FGFR2 rs2981582多态性与新疆维吾尔族、汉族乳腺癌易感性研究

摘要 目的 探讨成纤维生长因子受体2(FGFR2)rs2981582基因多态性与新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族乳腺癌易感性的相关性。方法 应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测192例维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者(病例组)、200例健康者(对照组)及254例汉族女性乳腺癌患者(病例组)及200例健康者(对照组)FGFR2rs2981582位点多态性,分析该位点多态性与新疆维吾尔族、汉族乳腺癌易感性的关系。结果 维吾尔族病例组与对照组基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。汉族病例组与对照组基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P=0.110)。维吾尔族人群FGFR2基因rs2981582多态性与乳腺癌易感性相关(CT vs CC:OR=2.375,95%CI=1.502-3.755),汉族人群FGFR2基因rs2981582多态性亦与乳腺癌易感性相关(TT vs CC:OR=1.735,95%CI=1.016-2.963;T vs C:OR=1.327,95%CI=1.019-1.728)。结论 新疆地区维吾尔族及汉族人群FGFR2基因rs2981582位点多态性均表现出与乳腺癌易感性相关。 Objective To investigate the association o{ breast cancer in Uyghur and Han population. between rs2981582 in FGFR2 gene and the susceptibility Methods The rs2981582 polymorphism of 192 Uyghur breast cancer patients, 200 Uyghur healthy person, 254 Han breast cancer patients and 200 Han healthy person were detected by PCR-RFLP. The relationship between the SNP polymorphism and susceptibility of breast cancer was analyzed. Results In the Uygur group, the difference of genotypes distribution between the breast cancer patients and healthy person was statistically significant (P =0.000). The difference of genotypes distribution between the breast cancer patients and healthy person in Han, was not significantly (P =0.110). In the Uygur population, the rs2981582 polymorphism is associated with the susceptibility of breast cancer in Uygur (CT vs CC: OR =2.375, 95% CI =1.502-3.755) and Han (TT vs CC: OR 1.735, 95% CI =1.016-2.963; T vs C: OR =1.327, 95% CI =1.019-1.728), respectively. Conclusion The rs2981582 polymorphism is significantly associated with the susceptibility of breast cancer in Uyghur and Han in Xinjiang.
