摘要
目的:通过分析和对比,了解社区对2型糖尿病患者提供的医疗护理服务的效果。方法:以社区卫生服务中心为单位的社区服务模式,将68例2型糖尿病患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者则在对照组患者的基础上给予社区会理服务,对两组患者的护理效果进行统计和分析。结果:护理3、6个月后,试验组在对糖尿病防治知识的知晓率、自我管理能力、遵医行为、坚持规律运动等方面明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理3、6个月后试验组的糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖数值均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实行社区护理模式促进患者实施自我管理,提升患者的生存质量,对缓解以及治疗2型糖尿病具有积极作用,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective：To discuss the effect of community nursing services on the patients with type 2 diabetes by analysis and comparison.Method：Community health service centers as the community service mode, 68 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into the experimental group and control group,34 cases in each group.The patients of control group were provided with routine nursing while the patients of experimental group were provided community medical service in addition to routine nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were analyzed and discussed.Result：After 3 and 6 months,the knowledge of prevention and treatment of diabetes, self-management ability, compliance behavior and adherence to regular exercise of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group,the value of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The community nursing mode has a positive effect on the patients with type 2 diabetes, enhancing the self-management of patients and promoting the living quality of the patients, it plays a positive role in alleviating and treating the type 2 diabetes.It is worth to promote in clinical.
