摘要
目的探讨运用护理程序对2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育的方法和效果。方法选择156例在本院住院的糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组76例和对照组80例,两组均采用药物治疗,观察组应用护理程序实施健康教育,对照组实施一般卫生宣教。干预2个月后观察和比较两组患者糖尿病相关知识掌握情况和生化指标情况。结果观察组患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、体重指数改善程度和糖尿病相关知识掌握程度优于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在运用药物治疗的同时运用护理程序对2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育,能提高患者对糖尿病基本知识的掌握和自我护理能力,从而较好地控制病程进展,提高疾病的治疗率和控制率。
Objective To explore the methods and the effectiveness of care program on health education to patients with type II diabetes.Methods A total of 156 patients with type II diabetes were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 76） and the control group（n = 80）.Both groups received drug therapy.Care program was applied to the health education for the observation group,while the control group received routine health education.Results Blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,and body mass index in the observation group were more significantly reduced than those in the control group.Patients＇ knowledge on diet,drug use,exercise treatment,self-assessment was better in the observation group than those in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Application of care program in health education can improve patients＇ knowledge on diabetes,and can help them better control the course of disease and increase the cure rate.
