Objective:To investigate the role of care program in improving community glucose metabolism, quality of life and satisfaction of diabetic patients. Method: 80 cases of diabetes who were treated in our communities from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random cluster sampling method, these patients were divided into study group and control group according to a random number table, each had 40 cases. The control group were given routine management health education, while the study group were given care process management on the basis of conventional health education and management, and then the glucose metabolism, quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Result:The differences of metabolism, DSQL scale score and SF-36 scale scores, satisfaction between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P〉0.05); Management 1 year, 2 years body mass index, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h plasma glucose, glycated hemoglobin, triglycerides, total cholesterol level, DSQL scale scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);SF-36 scale scores, satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing program can effectively improve glucose metabolism community, quality of life and satisfaction of patients with diabetes, so it is worthy of promotion.
