摘要
通过化学成分、宏观断口、显微组织分析和硬度检测对重载卡车曲轴断裂件进行失效分析。结果表明:失效曲轴的失效模式为低周高应力疲劳断裂,不合理的热处理工艺导致基体强度不足是造成曲轴失效的主要原因。严格控制热加工工艺参数,实现曲轴基体强化和轴颈处的感应有效层深是保证实现其服役性能的关键。
Crack failure of heavy truck crankshaft was analyzed by chemical composition, fracture morphology, microstructure and hardness test. The results show that failure mode of the crankshaft is low frequency and high stress fatigue fracture. The main reason of crankshaft failure is lack of matrix strength caused by unreasonable heat treatment process. The key to ensure service performance of crankshaft is the matrix strength and induction hardened layer depth of crankshaft neck. It can be obtained by control of the thermal process parameters.
