摘要
通过对油茶果的籽和壳颜色特性研究,设计出一种基于线阵CCD相机的通道式色选机。该机使用CCD相机对下落的果壳与籽进行图像采集,开发基于Visual C++平台的软件系统对采集的图像进行分析处理,并利用单片机控制系统对步进电机进行控制,从而对沿通道下落的果壳与籽粒实现分选。色选机经过试验表明,在实现250kg·h-1的分选能力基础上,可达到95%的选净率。
It is in order to sort seeds and pericarps of the camellia oleifera fruit, which is a special unique wood in China, and the channel color sorter based on linear CCD camera was designed by analyzing color characteristics of camellia oleifera seeds and pericarps. The sample images of falling seeds and pericarps were analyzed by the software developed on Visual C++ platform, and the stepping motor was controlled by MCU control system to implement products sorting. The prototype test shows that the sorting accuracy can reach 95 % on the basis of guaranteeing the separation ability of 250 kg · h^-1 , and the machine has characteristics of low cost, low consumption, high stability and reliability.
