气相色谱-质谱法同时检测水质中的6种有机磷农药 被引量:3

摘要 建立了气相色谱质谱法检测6种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、内吸磷、乐果、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、对硫磷)在水中残留量的方法。在优化样品前处理方法的基础上,选用DB-5MS(30m×0.25mm×O.25μm)毛细管色谱柱测定水样品中6种有机磷农药的含量。结果表明,在0.0002—0.005mg/L添加水平范围内,6种有机磷农药的平均添加回收率为79.8%~104.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.14%~4.84%,小于5%(n=5)。该方法操作简便,杂质干扰少,灵敏度、准确度高。 A method for determining six organophosphorus pesticides (dichlorvos, demeton, dimethoate, methyl parathion, malathion, parathion) residues in water was established based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. After optimizing the sample preparation method, DB-5MS (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) capillary column was used to measure the six organophosphorus pesticides contents in water. The results show that,when spiked levels of six organophosphorus pesticides are between 0.0002-0.005 mg/L, quantitative recoveries are 79.8%-104.8%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.14%-4.84%, less than 5%(n = 5). This method is simple and rapid, has less imouritv interference and has high sensitivity and accuracy.
