摘要
试验证明不饱和油脂的氧化深度对产物的黏度有很大影响。以豆油为例着重研究氧化深度与系统黏度增加的本质原因,具体考察温度、催化剂用量、空气流量对黏度的影响;油脂所含亚油酸、亚麻酸成分越多,随着氧化深度的加深,对提高过氧化极值PV*没有作用,反而使表观物性黏度增加;并由紫外吸收仪、激光拉曼仪进行了表征,随着氧化深度越深,其异构化、共轭化程度越明显,环化反应程度也越深,黏度剧增。
Experiments show that the oxidization depth of unsaturated natural oil has a great influence on the viscosity of oxi- dized product. The essential reason of deep oxidization with increasing viscosity of soybean oil was studied. The influence of tem- perature, catalyst dosage and airflow on the viscosity was investigated. It shows that the linoleic acid and linolenic acid content has no contribution on the maximum peroxide value (PV * )with the oxidation increases while the apparent viscosity improves. Ultravi- olet- visible absorption spectrometry and Raman spectrometer were used to characterize the oxidation process. It indicates that with the oxidation increases the isomerization , conjugation as well as the cyclization of intramolecular and intermolecular tends to be more obvious and the viscosity increases.
