摘要
环氧油是一类不饱和油脂中的双键转化成环氧键所得产物的总称,主要用于制备增塑剂。以酶作催化剂制备环氧棉籽油,并对反应时间、温度、过氧化氢的滴加量、酶及硬脂酸的比例等影响因素进行了研究,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了较优的工艺条件:10 g棉籽油及0.1 gNovozym 435加入溶有1.0 g硬脂酸的100 mL甲苯溶液中,搅拌加热到45℃并恒温,以10滴/m in的速度滴加30 mL过氧化氢,反应9 h,所得环氧棉籽油的环氧值达5.39%。
Epoxy oil is a group of triglyceride ramification, and it is made by transforming double bond of fatty acid to epoxy bond. The preparation of epoxy cottonseed oil using enzyme was discussed, and the reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the final optimized conditions were as follows:10 g cottonseed oil, 1 g stearic acid and 0. 1 g enzyme, 30 mL hydrogen peroxide, temperature 45 ℃, reaction time 9 hours. The epoxy value of the final sample prepared under these conditions was 5.39%.
