摘要
在厘清"救死扶伤"、"悬壶济世"等医德评价核心语词含义与类型的基础上,阐明它们在历史变迁中展露出来的敬畏生命尊严、坚守医疗正义和追求技术德性的伦理精神。同时,通过对医学伦理当下话语背景的分析,指出它们在当下社会中存在的现代性局限,即生命回报的极端化、程序正义的缺失以及评价态度的专制化等,以期使人们在医患关系紧张的历史境遇中仍然能理性地对待传统道德文化,从而促进社会转型时期我国医学伦理学和医疗卫生事业的健康发展。
On the basis of clarifying connotations and types of the core words for medical ethics evaluation, such as ＂heal the wounded and rescue the dying＂ and ＂delivering medicine to cure the sick＂, this article demonstrated the ethical spirits of respecting the dignity of life, sticking to medical justice and pursuing moral character of technology. At the same time, by analyzing the current discourse eontext of medical ethics, the authors also pointed out the modernistic limitations, such as extremity of life reward, deficiency of procedural justice and monopoly of evaluation, so that the traditional culture could be rationally considered in a historical context of resolving tense doctor-patient relationship and the sound medical ethics and healthcare would be promoted in a transforming society of China.
