摘要
对疾病的不同称谓,代表了古人对疾病的不同认识,也往往能从中考察到古代"疾病史"的风貌。《说文解字》"疒"部与疾病相关的语词,共收102字,除"疒""疾""病"之外,余99字,内容丰富。有的释为"病也"、有的表示患病对象、有的表示疾病轻重程度、有的表示病因、有的表示治疗与病愈、有的表示疾病症状。这些语词从不同角度详尽地描述了疾病,体现出古人对疾病由浅入深的认识过程。
Different names of a certain disease reflect ancient people＇s different recognitions towards the disease. At the same time,the history of ancient diseases can be witnessed.There are 102 disease- related words involved in the radical ＂疒＂ , including ＂疒＂＂疾＂＂病＂ and other 99 words, which are rich in content. Among the words, some are explained as ＂病也＂ （meaning disease）,some refer to patients, some represent disease severity, some express etiological factors, some are about treatment and healing and some describe the symptoms of disease. From these words we can get a detailed description of the disease processes from different angles, which reflect ancient people＇s different recognitions towards the disease from the ele- mentary to the profound.
