摘要
食品安全问题近年来一直被社会所关注,尤其是大学校园的食品安全问题,更是受到各方关注.以抚顺地区几所大学校园食品安全状况为主要调研对象进行调查,发现存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施,以期为高校的食品安全管理提供方法和依据.
The problems of food safety,especially existing in the university campus,have been concerned by the society in recent years.We select several universities in Fushun as the investigation objects in order to find the problems existing in the food safety,put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems and then provide methods and basis for the management.
