摘要
以《中文核心期刊要目总览》中87种大学自然科学学报为例,从征稿范围、稿件内容、篇幅、基金项目要求、参考文献数量、稿件处理周期、版权转让协议及费用等方面进行了统计分析。征稿简则主要存在内容单一、更新不及时,收费标准不明确,对作者身份有隐性限制,对版权转让协议、保密性协议及学术不端处理工作重视不够等问题。大学学报可采取扩展征稿简则宣传平台、补充国标中有关征稿简则要求的相关内容、将征稿简则质量纳入各种评奖标准等措施,保证征稿简则的规范性,使其更好地为作者、读者、编者服务。
This paper presents a statistical analysis of 87 university academic journals( natural science editions) in The General Catalogue of Chinese Core Periodicals from such perspectives as solicitation scope,manuscript content,the length of the article,fund project requirements,the total number of references,manuscript processing period,transfer of copyright agreement,and expenses. The analysis reveals that there exist such problems with the university academic journals as monotonous topics,untimely updating,vague fee standards,implicit restraint on authorship,inadequate attention to the transfer and confidentiality of copyright and insufficient handling of the academic misconducts. It is highly advisable for the university academic journals to expand the platform of the guidelines for contributors,to make complete the content of the guidelines for contributors by supplementing relevant content listed in the Guobiao code,and to make the quality of the guidelines for contributors one element in the award criteria,and thus ensure the normalization of the guidelines for contributors,and guarantee a better service for the contributors.
