摘要
针对燃煤电站烟气中NOx和Hg的脱除问题,综述了脱硝联合脱汞催化剂的研究现状,着重阐述了钙基、锰基、钴基、铜基和钌基催化剂的制备方法及不同烟气条件下催化剂的脱硝脱汞性能。结果表明,钙基、钌基催化剂有着较好的抗硫抗水性能,锰基、钴基、铜基催化剂在不影响脱硝效果的情况下,展现出较为理想的脱汞效果。
Aiming at the problem of NOxand Hg0 removal from the flue gas of coal-fired power plant. The latest development and research of the catalysts for NO reduction and Hg0 oxidation have been summarized. Moreover, the preparation method and the activity performance under different flue gas conditions of calcium-based, manganese-based, cobalt-based,cupper-based, and ruthenium-based catalyst were mainly discussed. The results showed that calcium-based and ruthenium-based catalyst have a good performance in sulfur resistance and water resistance. Manganese-based, cobalt-based,cupper-based, which are not affect the denitrification effect, have showed the ideal effect of demercuration.
