摘要
铜冶炼厂余热锅炉的工作条件较为恶劣,侧重于防止积灰而常选用直通式余热锅炉。该文对余热锅炉所采用的循环方式作了比较,介绍其蒸汽参数、烟气露点、排烟温度等热力参数的确定方法,提出了余热锅炉的辐射冷却室、对流受热面、灰斗、清灰装置及钢筒等主要部件的设计事项。并给出一典型铜冶炼厂的烟气条件及余热锅炉的主要技术参数。
Straight-way waste heat boiler is often selected preferentially for copper smeltery to avoid fouling due to bad working conditions. Comparison is made in this paper for circulating types applied in waste heat boiler. Methods to determine thermal parameters such as steam parameters, gas dew point and exit gas temp. are introduced. The author also suggests design of main components like radiant co olling chamber, convection heating surface, ash hopper, ash cleaning device and drum, and gives gas conditions of a typical copper smeltery and main technical parameters of waste heat boiler.
