摘要
以2-苄基苯并咪唑衍生物为反应原料,详细探讨了在空气存在条件下铜催化苄位亚甲基氧化成相应酮的合成方法.研究结果表明,以醋酸铜为催化剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂、氢氧化钠为碱,于120℃下反应24 h可获得较高收率的碳-氢氧化产物.通过上述方法合成得到了系列2-芳酰基苯并咪唑衍生物,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征.
Copper-catalyzed aerobic oxidation of 2-arylmethylidene-1H-benzo[d]imidazoles under air and basic conditions was examined in detail. With copper acetate as the catalyst and sodium hydroxide as the base in DMF at 120 for ℃ 24 h, the reaction afforded the corresponding ketones via oxidation of benzylic C—H bond in good yields. Various 2-aryloyl-1H-benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized by the above method, and the structure was characterized by 1H NMR and 13 C NMR.
