体外膜肺氧合在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)发病凶险,病死率高。传统的呼吸支持方法主要包括肺保护性通气、呼吸末正压通气、肺复张、俯卧位通气等。维持适当水平的PEEP肺保护性通气是目前最有效的呼吸支持方法,采用小潮气量(6 ml/kg)的机械通气能明显改善ARDS患者的病死率[1-5]。
