New progress of acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distress syndrome，ARDS）在1967年首次被报道以来，人们对该综合征的认识逐渐深入。急性肺损伤（acute lung injury，Au）是ARDS的早期阶段，Au阶段未给予有效地治疗干预则进展为ARDS，以及并发严重呼吸衰竭其病死率高达70％。
