摘要
阐述了分流锻造法的分流原理,对常见分流法的原理及在齿轮精密锻造中的应用进行了综述,肯定了分流法在改善材料充填性、降低成形载荷、提高齿轮成形质量方面的优势。
The principle of shunt forging process has been expounded. The principle of common shunt law and its application in precision forging process for gear have been reviewed. It is affirmed that shunt law has advantages in improving the material filling and gear forming quality as well as reducing the forming load.
