摘要
以数值模拟等先进方法解决工业生产中的实际问题是金属成形技术的发展方向。文章以锥齿轮零件为例,建立了有限元分析模型,分析了锥齿轮的精锻成形过程,研究了锥齿轮成形过程中的材料变形行为、载荷、应力和应变分布等。就影响成形工艺的模具速度、成形温度和材料含碳量等工艺参数分别进行了模拟分析,为锥齿轮精锻成形工艺研究提供了有效依据。
It is the developing trend using advanced methods, such as numerical simulation, to solve the problem in industry. The process of bevel gear is designed according to the structure characteristic of bevel gear. The FEM model of the precision forging process of bevel gear is established. The material plastic behavior, changed geometries load and the distribution of the stress and strain are explored by finite element simulation. The parameters which influence the forging process such as speed of the punch, the temperature of workpiece and carbon content of material are analyzed. The results obtained in this paper provide a reliable reference for the research of precision forging process of bevel gears.
