摘要
从理论入手,简单介绍了电加热器的组成结构及控制流程,并通过分析3组已经投入生产运营的电加热器故障报告,针对电加热器在长期运行过程中容易出现的局部熔化、着火、或在安装调试中配电电缆无法接入电加热器端子箱等实际问题,提出相应的解决办法。以某石化厂重整装置电加热器的选择过程为例,从电加热器的选型、供配电和系统控制方式等,阐述了整个电气设计过程中的选择要点和需要注意的方面,最后强调了电加热器在安装施工时的注意事项。
This article briefly introduces the composition structure and control process of electric heater,and proposes some solutions to the partial melting,fire and cable problems by analyzing the failure reports of three groups of electric heater which have been put into operation for years.Taking the selection of the electric heater in a continuous catalytic reforming unit as an example,this article summarizes the key points in type selection,power distribution and control mode,and finally proposes some matters needing attention during the installation of electrical heater.
