摘要
直流电机的电刷具有传输电枢电流和变换电流方向的重要作用。电刷的合理选用受到诸多因素的制约,目前还没有一套科学的选型方法。针对电刷的选用,文章进行了两方面的总结。一是决定电刷接触电阻及电压降的主要因素,列举说明了六个因素。二是正确选用直流电机电刷应注意的方面,概括总结了六个具体方面。
The important role of brush DC motor armature current with transmission and transform the cur-rent direction. Suitable brush relates to many factors restrict the problem, there is not a set of scientific selec-tion method. The brush selection, this paper summarizes two aspects. One is the main factor in determining the brush contact resistance and voltage drop, illustrated by a factor of six. Two is the correct selection of DC mo-tor brush should pay attention to aspects, summed up the six aspects.
