摘要
基于我国人口红利转变和消失的背景,从投入和产出角度对建筑业人力资本水平进行分析。其中投入指标包括年龄结构、受教育程度,产出指标为从业人员的平均工资。在此基础上,提出提高建筑业从业人员的劳动报酬、鼓励新生代农民工进入建筑行业、加强在职培训力度等建议,以提升我国建筑业人力资本。
Based on the background of the shifting and disappearing of China's demographic bonus,the paper analyzes the level of human capital of construction industry from the angle of input and output firstly,the indicator of input includes age structure and the degree of education,the indicator of output indudes the average wage of employee. On this basis,puts forward improving the employee's average labor remuneration,encouraging new generation of migrant workers to participate in the construction industry,strengthening the onthe job training to promote the human capital of construction.
