摘要
在研究国内外安全绩效要素及分类方法基础上,结合我国实际情况,提出了安全绩效指标要素,并就指标的设立原则、定义、权重的确定、考核和维护进行了阐述。
Based on the key safety performance evaluation elements and its classification at home and abroad, as well as the actual situation in China, this paper puts forward the elements of safety performance evaluation indexes, and expounds establishment the principle of the indexes, and the decision of their weights, as well as their assessment and maintenance.
