摘要
目的：探讨分析青光眼术后行白内障微切口超声乳化吸出术的护理效果。方法选取我院2014年1月-2015年2月收治的青光眼术后行白内障微切口超声乳化吸出术治疗的60例患者作为观察对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础之上给予护理干预，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的视力恢复情况优于对照组；另外，观察组术后并发症发生率均低于对照组；观察组患者的护理总满意度为96.7%（29/30），优于对照组的护理满意度66.7%（20/30），组间差异均具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论给予青光眼术后行白内障微切口超声乳化吸出术的患者有针对性的、系统全面的护理干预，能有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率，且能提高患者对护理方式的满意度，改善患者的生活质量。
ObjectiveTo investigate the analysis of micro-incision cataract surgery glaucoma phacoemulsification surgery care benefits.Methods In January 2014-February 2015 admitted to micro-incision cataract surgery glaucoma phacoemulsification surgical treatment of 60 patients as observed object, which were randomly divided into two groups and the control group （30 cases）,The control group received usual care group were observed in the control group care nursing intervention based on the observed treatment effect both groups of patients.Results The recovery of visual acuity was significantly better than the control group; In addition, the observed postoperative complication rates lower than the control group; observation group total satisfaction of patient care 96.7% （29/30）, significantly better in the control group of nursing satisfaction with 66.7% （20/30）, the differences between the groups were statisticaly significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The administration of micro incision cataract surgery glaucoma phacoemulsification surgery patients targeted, systematic and comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and can improve patient satisfaction with care methods, improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
