摘要
目的：分析手术室全程优质护理在减少术中应激反应中的作用。方法以随机的方式把2013年4月-2015年4月到本院实施手术治疗的90例患者分为两组，即研究组和对照组，各组病例数分别为45例，其中对照组患者施予常规护理，研究患者予以全程优质护理，观察两组患者术中心率、收缩压以及舒张压和术后满意度，并进行比较分析。结果研究组患者术中心率、舒张压以及收缩压低于对于对照组，且术后患者满意度也高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对于手术室患者予以全程优质护理，可明显减少患者术中应激反应，提高其满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing in the operation room during the reduction of the stress response.Methods In a random way to April April 2013 to 2015 to the implementation of the surgical treatment of 90 cases were divided into two groups, study group and control group, each case number were 45 cases, the control group received routine nursing, study patients were treated with whole course high quality nursing care, observation two groups patients heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure and postoperative satisfaction and comparative analysis.ResultsIn the study group, the rate of patients with heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the postoperative satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion It can be used to reduce the stress reaction and improve the satisfaction of patients in the operation room, so it has the application value in clinic.
