摘要
目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切治疗在浅表性膀胱癌中的临床应用价值。方法选取患者65例,按随机数字表法分为对照组32例、观察组(经尿道膀胱肿瘤癌电切治疗)33例。结果观察组患者手术表现均优于对照组,且观察组患者无复发情况,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切治疗在浅表性膀胱癌患者中的应用效果显著。
ObjectiveTo evaluate transurethral resection of bladder tumor clinical value of superficial bladder cancer. Methods 65 patients were randomly divided into control group （conventional open surgery） 32 cases in the observation group （transurethral resection of bladder tumor transurethral resection of cancer treatment） 33 cases.Results The operation performance observation group than the control group, and no recurrence was observed in patients, postoperative complication rate than the control group, a statisticaly significant difference between the two data sets （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor in patients with superficial bladder cancer is effective.
