摘要
目的对比分析经尿道电切术与常规开放手术诊疗早期膀胱癌的临床治疗效果。方法经尿道电切术治疗早期膀胱癌与同期常规开腹手术治疗早期膀胱癌作对比分析。结果经尿道电切术诊疗组术中出血量及术后恢复天数优于常规手术组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论选用经尿道电切术治疗早期膀胱癌优势明显。
Objective Contrastive analysis the clinical curative effect of transurethral resection surgery combine with conventional open surgery for early diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer. Methods Contrastive analysis of transurethral resection surgery transurethral resection of bladder cancer and the same period conventional open surgery treated early stage of bladder cancer. Results The transurethral resection surgery group was better than the conventional operation group in amount of bleeding during operation and postoperative recovery days, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Transurethral resection surgery treatment of early bladder cancer had obvious advantages.
