摘要
文中针对某SUV车型全景天窗顶盖分总成、白车身的生产过程及各阶段零部件的检测、测量、试验,校核、验证设计阶段的分析报告,对指标进行了量化,指出了在模具、夹具等方面提升分总成精度、车身精度的重要性,并分析了在模具、夹具等方面提升分总成精度,车身精度的可行性。
Components in each stage of inspection,measuring,test,check and verify the design phase.To make the quantitative indicators,pointed out the importance that the die,fixture and so on improve the Precision subassembly and precision of car body,and also analysis the feasibility on the die and welding fixture and so on to improve the Precision subassembly and precision of car body.
