摘要
介绍常见的汽车振动噪声隔离技术,其中对能有效防止共振发生的整车模态频率规划表进行详细介绍。针对某载货轻型汽车变型车设计中遇到的空气滤清器支架剧烈抖动的问题,进行车架实验模态分析和空气滤清器支架的有限元模态计算,找出问题的原因并采取有效的解决方案。证实整车模态频率规划表在汽车设计中的重要作用。
The techniques of vibrational isolation are introduced. The table of programming natural frequencies which layouts the natural frequencies of all subsystem of the vehicle in the process of design is one of the effective ways to isolate resonance. The problem that the brace of air filter of a light vehicle vibrates acutely is resolved by test modal analysis of the frame and FEM calculation of the brace of air filter. The importance of the table of programming natural frequencies is verified.
