摘要
为了满足工业生产中输送带监控系统功能一体化的需要,提出了一种以太网控制器的设计方案,研制了以太网控制器。以S3C2440为主控芯片设计了硬件电路;移植了Linux操作系统,在Linux系统下开发相应的驱动和应用程序;采用Lab VIEW设计了上位机软件,并进行实验。结果表明该控制器实现了输送带开关检测、速度控制;探测器开关控制,数据的采集、存储和传输;传感器数据的采集和传输等功能。利用该控制器、监控设备和上位机组成的监控系统,具有功能强大、通用性好、组网方便、传输速率高等优点,在监控系统中具有重要的应用价值。
In order to meet the function integration needs of the conveyor belt monitoring system of industrial production,the design of an Ethernet controller was presented and the Ethernet controller was developed. The hardware of the controller was designed by using S3C2440 as main control chip. Linux operating system was ported,and the appropriate drivers and application program were developed under Linux system. The PC software is designed by using LABVIEW,and experiments were conducted. The results show that the controller has the functions of detecting conveyer belt switch,speed control,detector switch control,data collection,storage and transmission,data acquisition and transmission of the sensor,and so on. The Ethernet controller,along with the monitoring of equipment and PC,can be used to form a monitoring system with the virtues of powerful,common good,convenient networking and high transmission rate,and has important application value in monitoring systems.
