摘要
为了观察玉米肽对微波辐照大鼠外周血象的影响,探讨其对动物辐射损伤的保护作用。取36只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、辐射模型组和辐射给药组,辐射模型组和辐射给药组大鼠给予100 m W/cm2的微波辐照6 min,辐射给药组辐射后给予600 mg/kg·d玉米肽,连续7 d。7 d后处死大鼠,腹主动脉抽血,抗凝管收集,进行血常规检测。结果与正常对照组比较,辐射模型组的白细胞总数(White blood cells,WBC)、嗜中性粒细胞绝对值(Neutrophile granulocyte,GRA)、淋巴细胞百分比(Lymphocytes percentage,LYM%)呈显著降低(P<0.05),辐射模型组的血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,HGB)、红细胞(Red blood cell,RBC)、红细胞压积(Hematocrit,HTC)、淋巴细胞绝对值(Lymphocytes,LYM)、血小板(Platelet,PLT)和血小板压积(Platelet hematocrit,PCT)呈极显著降低(P<0.01),辐射给药组的血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HTC)、血小板(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)呈显著降低(P<0.05),与辐射模型组比较,辐射给药组的血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)呈显著升高(P<0.05),而红细胞(RBC)、红细胞压积(HTC)、嗜中性粒细胞绝对值(GRA)呈极显著升高(P<0.01)。结论微波辐照可引起大鼠造血功能的损伤,影响机体免疫反应。玉米肽具有促进辐照大鼠外周血各类细胞的恢复,促进造血,提高免疫机能的作用。
To investigat the effect of corn peptide on peripheral blood of irradiated Wistar rats and probe protective effect of corn peptide on animal irradiation damage.36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group and irradiation dosage group. 100 m W/cm2 microwave irradiation were given to the rats in model group and irradiation dosage group for6 mins.600 mg/kg/d corn peptide were given to the rats of irradiation dosage group for 7 consecutive days.Then the rats were euthanized,and abdominal aortic blood was collected into anticoagulant tubes and blood routine examination was performed. The total WBC,GRA and LYM% of model group were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）when compared with normal control group.The HGB,RBC,HTC,LYM,PLT and PCT of model group were decreased significantly（P〈0.01）when compared with normal control group.The HGB,HTC,PLT and PCT of irradiation dosage group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）when compared with normal control group.The HGB,PLT and PCT of irradiation dosage group increased significantly（P〈0.05）when compared with model group.The RBC,HTC and GRA of irradiation dosage group significantly increased（P〈0.01）.Microwave irradiation can cause hematopoietic function damage in rats and affect the body＇s immune responses.Corn peptide has functions to protect rats from irradiation,improving hematopoiesis and body immune responses.
