摘要
资本主义在1980年之后出现了重大变化,美国著名左翼政治经济学家大卫·科茨从积累的社会结构(Social Structure of Accumulation,以下简称SSA)的理论视角出发,在于2015年出版的新作《新自由主义的兴衰》中,分析了这一新型资本主义所具有的典型特征,考察了新自由主义与全球化和金融化的内在关系,探讨了2008年金融和经济危机产生的根源。本文系统介绍了科茨的上述思想,并从资本积累与金融化的角度考察了科茨的新自由主义理论。本文认为,科茨的新自由主义理论强调了新自由主义SSA的具体表现,为进一步考察在重建SSA的动态过程中如何实现资本积累奠定了基础。
Beginning in 1980 capitalist economies underwent significant changes. In the new book, TheRise and Fall of Neoliberal Capitalism, David M. Kotz uses a Marxist social structure of accumulation （SSA） approach to analyze the characteristics of neolib- eralism, explores the internal relationship between neoliberalism and globalization and financialization, and studies the root causes of the 2008 financial-economic crisis. This review introduces his views and explores his theory of neoliberalism from the perspective of capital accumulation and financializatiom it also argues that Kotz＇s theory of neoliberalism emphasizes the concrete manifestation of the neoliberal SSA and lays the foundation for examining how capita! accumulation can be realized in the dynamic process of restructuring the SSA. ＇
