摘要
结合全国和新疆某三甲医院医疗纠纷现状,探讨其产生原因,了解医患关系紧张的根源,并从宏观的社会政策制度、医疗机构、医务人员及患者多个角度出发,为预防及有效解决医疗纠纷,建设和谐、互相理解信任的医患关系提出建议。
Combining with the current status of medical disputes in certain level - three grade - A hospital of Xinjiang, the article explored the causes and looked for the source of the doctor - patient relationship nervous. From the multiple view of the macroscopic social policy system, medical institutions, medical staff and patients, the author put forward some suggestions on building a harmonious doctor - patient relationship and understand each other trust, so as to prevent and solve medical disputes.
