基于智能水滴算法的装配序列规划研究

摘要 装配规划问题一直是困扰企业的一个难点问题,论文将智能水滴算法应用到装配序列规划的求解问题。智能水滴算法是近几年出现的一种新的智能算法,论文通过应用智能水滴算法,将装配序列的几何可行性、装配方向和装配的稳定性三个方面作为评价指标来对装配序列的优劣进行评判。 For enterprises, sequence sequence plan has been a difficult problem. In this thesis intelligent water drops al- gorithm is applied to the solution of the assembly sequence planning problems. Intelligent water droplets algorithm is ap- peared in recent years. In this paper, by applying the intelligent water drops algorithm, the geometric feasibility of assembly sequence, assembly direction and stability of sub-assembly in threeaspects are regarded as evaluation index to judge the merits of the assembly sequence.
