摘要
分析了一个优良装配序列应满足的装配约束条件,从几何可行和工艺优良两方面对装配序列进行评价;介绍了影响装配序列工艺性能的四大因素及其量化方法。在此基础上,建立了基于模拟退火算法的装配序列优化规划模型,并对算法的性能和速度进行了分析、处理。最后通过齿轮泵的应用实例说明了该优化算法的有效性。
A variety of constraints which an optimal assembly sequence must satisfy are firstly analyzed. The quality of assembly sequences is evaluated by geometry feasibility and process superiority. Four factors affecting process performance are introduced and their quantifying methods are given. Based on this study, an optimization model for assembly sequences planning using simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. Some measures are taken to ensure the performance and speed of optimization algorithm. To show the effectiveness of the approach, case study is finally presented for a gear pump.
