摘要
通过在湖南省垄茶高速公路应用多孔水泥稳定碎石排水基层,对其进行试验与应用研究,提出了多孔水泥稳定碎石的强度、厚度、渗透系数以及有效孔隙率等技术指标的确定方法,并且推荐了级配设计范围。结合试验条件,优化试件成型方法,采用修正的静压成型方法,最大限度减少集料压碎,试验方便且误差较小。施工时,采用透层+同步碎石封层的方式保证下承层的封水,在有效排水的同时确保路面使用性能。实践表明,现有基层生产与施工设备完全满足排水基层的应用。
We suggest the determining method of technical indexes including strength,thickness,permeability coefficient,effective porosity,and recommend the gradation range design of aggregate,through the research and application of porous permeable base in Long-cha express way. Combining with test condition,we optimize specimen molding method by using the revised static pressure method,which maximally reduces the crushing of aggregate,conveniently test and has a lesser error. We use the method of prime coatsynchronous surface dressing to assure the sealing water of sub-layer,and ensure pavement performance with effective drainage at the same time. Practice shows that the existing primary production and construction equipment completely satisfy the application of drainage base.
