摘要
利用Hot Disk导热系数测试仪对相变材料的热性能随温度变化的相关参数进行测试,制备"三明治"结构的相变储能石膏板,通过实验测试和ANSYS有限元分析相变储能石膏板的传热性能。研究结果表明:相对于普通石膏板,相变材料的潜热储能效应可增加相变石膏板的冷热面温差,且随着相变层厚度的增大,冷热面温差逐渐增大。利用ANSYS有限元方法分析相变储能石膏板的传热过程,模拟结果表明相变材料的加入可延缓石膏板冷面温升速率,提高室内环境舒适度。
The relationship between the thermal performance parameters of phase change materials (PCM) and temperature was tested by Hot Disk thermal conductivity instrument. The phase change gypsum board with sandwich structure was prepared and its heat transfer performance was analyzed by experiment tests and ANSYS simulation. The results show that comparing with gypsum board without PCM, the latent heat enengy storage effect of the phase change gypsum board leads to an improvement of temperature difference between the hot side and cold side of the board, the temperature difference value gradually increases as increasing the thickness of PCMs layer. ANSYS finite element method was used to analyze heat transfer process of phase change gypsum board, the simulation results show the PCM can delay the temperature rise rate of cold side of gypsum board, improve indoor comfortable level.
