盐酸水解法制备人参茎叶黄酮苷元的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:从人参茎叶中提取制备人参茎叶黄酮苷元。方法:利用超声波提取人参茎叶总黄酮;再利用盐酸水解法将人参黄酮糖苷转化为苷元。以水解温度、水解时间及盐酸浓度进行单因素试验,利用4因素3水平L9(34)正交试验进行优化。结果:人参茎叶黄酮糖苷盐酸水解转化苷元的最佳条件为:水解温度60℃、水解时间3 h、盐酸浓度2 mol/L;转化率可达96%。结论:此盐酸水解法简单、时间短、转化率高,工艺合理可行。 To extract preparation of flavonoid aglycones from ginseng stems and leaves. To extract of total flavonoids from ginseng stems and leaves with ultrasonic, then hydrolysis flavonoids glycosides into aglycones using hydrochloric acid. The single-factor experiments was conducted with the temperature, time and concentration of hydrochloric acid, the orthogonal test was used to optimize hydrolysis parametrs. The optimum conditions were that the temperature of 60 ℃, hydrolysis time 3 h, concentration of hydrochloric acid 2 mol/L, conversion rate can reach 96%. The hydrochloric acid hydrolysis method is simple, time is short, high conversion rate, technology is reasonable and feasible.
