摘要
运用《幼儿教师参与园本教研积极性测评量表》和《影响园本教研参与积极性因素量表》对96名幼儿教师进行测试,结果表明:幼儿教师参与园本教研积极性普遍不高,同伴互助和专业引领不足。对教师参与园本教研积极性具有显著影响的因素主要有教研、考核、工资制度、教龄和职称五个方面。鉴于此,应确立教师为教研主体,优化互助机制,开展有针对性的专业引领。并建立科学合理的园本教研制度体系,尤以建立人性化、能够增强团队精神、具有激励作用的考核制度为主的体系。
Using the "Kindergarten-oriented Teaching Research Initiative Evaluation Scale"and the "Kindergarten-oriented Teaching Research Participatory Enthusiasm Factor Scale",the present study probes into the factors affecting preschool teachers' enthusiasm for kindergarten-oriented teaching research. A total of 96 participants are involved in the experimental study. The results of the present study show that preschool teachers' enthusiasm for kindergarten-oriented teaching and research is not high in general and that there is also a lack of peer coaching and professional guidance. Five factors have been observed that tend to affect preschool teachers' enthusiasm for kindergarten-oriented teaching and research,namely,teaching and research requirement,assessment pressure,remuneration policy and salary system,seniority,and academic qualifications. In light of such factors,relevant suggestions are also made in order to enhance preschool teachers' enthusiasm for taking part in kindergarten-oriented teaching and research system.
